Unconscious Bias has no place in our community nor here at Alex & Yuan Partners. We refuse to let it dictate our recruitment decisions or employee development. It is integral that we address and eradicate unconscious bias if we are to maintain and develop an inclusive force. A recent report showed that the most ethically diverse organisations are 33% more profitable. A Catalyst report showed that organisations who had more women in executive positions had a 34% higher return to shareholders. The first step is understanding unconscious bias; we here at Alex & Yuan partners have spent countless hours on comprehension. The next step is to address bias.
